Our company is a 501c3 NPO established to support the arts and humanities. We produce shows, concerts, festivals and the like. We work hand in hand with a wonderful company called Vendor Finders USA, LLC to produce events that benefit of our foundation and for other non profits struggling stay afloat.
We were established in November of 2000 and have had many successful events since then. Now, staffed with people eager to get things moving, we are excited to be able to move forward for the benefit of many.
Sandy Mitchell - Founder and Director
Ms. Mitchell is the Founder and Director of Spirit of the Arts Foundation and president of Vendor Finders USA. Retired from corporate America in 1993, where she was a middle management accountant for a fortune 100 company. Sandy has been in the event production business since 2000. She also had a fitness business for many years and a successful Internet business. She currently serves on the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce as VP of events, is a member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce and runs a Non Profit Coalition to support and problem solve for other grass roots nonprofit organizations. Sandy is also the director or resources for the family business, Plenary Technology and belongs to several networking groups in Union, Essex, Passaic and Morris Counties. She currently resides in Sussex County NJ, is the mother of three adult children and has two grandchildren living in the area.
Samuel Burlum- Secretary
Mr. Burlum is the CEO/President, and Chairman of Extreme Energy Solutions Inc. (EES Inc.); a company that develops, sells, and services Environmental Mitigation products and practices. He developed EES Inc. manufacturing plan where the Company manufactures all of its products in the USA; thus creating many jobs in the Northeast. Mr. Burlum also is Vice President of SMART Air Fuel Saver LLC, and serves as a Director on Board for ESLC Inc.; a firm that offers Entrepreneurial Services and Advisement. Mr. Burlum is involved in the Motorsports (Stock Car Racing) industry, as a car/team owner, and driver. Mr. Burlum has been an Entrepreneur for over 20 years, founding his first business in 1992. He graduated from Berkeley College with an Associates Degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship in 1998. He is an active participant in the Employer Legislative Committee and Young Business Leaders Committee, part of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce, and is a Member of both Sussex County and NJ State Chamber of Commerce.
Jimmy Ferrante - Operations
Jim Ferrante has been providing Production Equipment and Design Services to the Event and Entertainment industries since 1981.
He is an educator at several colleges, and articles from his website have been incorporated into training manuals for churches and schools.
His clients have included: The Pope, 5 - U.S. Presidents, IBM, AT&T, Merck, Chrysler, Bon Jovi, The Wailers, Sammy Davis Jr., Great Adventure, Princeton University, Rutgers University, Red Cross, American Diabetes Assoc., Red Bull, Waterloo Village, The Beach Boys, & Aretha Franklin

Fred Perrotti comes to us from Budd Lake as a project manager and bass player from the band Knucklebone. Fred is an Essex County Native now residing in Budd Lake for over 5 years. He will be a great asset to the foundation by bringing his project management skills along with his knowledge of how events are put together for a successful outcome. Fred is excited to fulfill our mission to support the arts and humanity. We are delighted to welcome Fred and look forward to working with him.
Claudia Ehrgott - Graphic Services
Claudia Ehrgott is found/owner of Graphic Image Inc., a full-service graphics, printing, signage and promotional products company in Budd Lake, established in 1978. She has a B.A. in Communications from Rutgers College. Claudia is active in several Chambers of Commerce, and is interested in fitness/running, skiing, travel, and art.Graphic Services
Patti Singer - Social Media
Patricia is a small business owner who has used social media as part of her marketing strategy in past businesses. Realizing that Small Businesses do not know how to use or are too busy to use social media has led Patricia into the field of consulting. Helping Small Business become socially acceptable is Patricia main goal.

We endeavor to provide the opportunity for local and unknown artists and musicians to demonstrate their talent and to preserve the culture and tradition or our heritage in the form of art, music and dance. We also provide a helping hand to those in need by producing events in the community and donating part of the proceeds to others.
